Try another login: you can use your emailaddress OR your customernumber OR your login id. 5. Try copying the information straight from the email with login info you have received. Pay attention that no spaces are copied from the email as they are considered characters. You can count the dots or stars in the password field after copying to double check the amount of characters. 6. Request a new password : click the button "Forgot your password?" and fill in your email OR customernbr OR login id. You will need to confirm the password by clicking the link in the mail that is sent immediately after your request. 7.
