How can I get in contact with your agent or you?

Can I buy fabrics here?

We went live with the FABRICS CATALOGUE in US in 2005 and numerous customers are placing orders. In the meantime the Catalogue is available worldwide. If you are a tailor, wholesaler or retailer interested in viewing fabrics online, please request access on this page page. We don't sell to consumers directly.

I have requested a password for the Fabrics Catalogue but haven't received it.

I read that Javascript needs to be active to use the Fabrics Catalogue. How do I check this?

Go to our contact page (click here) and only fill in "TEST" the "first name" field, then press Send. If you don't get a small pop up window requesting to fill in all data, it means Javascript is not active. To read about how to activate it in Netscape and Internet Explorer: click here

I can't log into the Fabrics Catalogue

1. Are you at the correct page? for Business users : PROFESSIONAL > Business Fabrics Cat, for Consumers : FABRICS > Consumer Fabrics Cat

2. When typing the password, check if your CAPS LOCK is on or off as the password is cAsE sEnsItiVe.

3. Make sure you type 0 (zero) instead of O (letter) in the password.

4. Try another login: you can use your emailaddress OR your customernumber OR your login id.

5. Try copying the information straight from the email with login info you have received. Pay attention that no spaces are copied from the email as they are considered characters. You can count the dots or stars in the password field after copying to double check the amount of characters.

6. Request a new password : click the button "Forgot your password?" and fill in your email OR customernbr OR login id. You will need to confirm the password by clicking the link in the mail that is sent immediately after your request.

7. If you had requested a new password, did you confirm it by clicking the link in the mail?

I have requested a new password but still can't get into the Fabrics Catalogue

To avoid that someone else resets your password by accident, you need to confirm your request for a new password by clicking the link in the email or copying it in your browser window.

I have access to the Fabrics Catalogue but see no prices

Only Business customers who buy fabrics can see prices in some countries (currently Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Netherlands, United Kingdom, United States). This type of account is called "Business Order". If you have received a "Consumer" access or "Business View" by accident, please inform us here.

I am a Scabal reseller, where can I see the complete bunchreport?

After accessing the Business Fabrics Catalogue (in the PROFESSIONAL section), click (= Bunch reports) and click on the link of the corresponding Scabal or Wainshiell bunchreport.

After accessing the Business Fabrics Catalogue (in the PROFESSIONAL section), click (= Clothing sheets).
